Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) provides, subject to its legal conditions, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Submitting a request
Write to info@pypelyne.it specifying your request and any form you used. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data unless requested. The controller may request further information where necessary to verify the requester’s identity. Requests are subject to the deadlines and conditions in Article 12 GDPR.
Supervisory authority
If you believe processing infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or another competent supervisory authority.
